JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MANGAL DAS V/S LAXMI DEVI AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, May 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 30:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, has submitted that since the appellant, namely, Mangal Das is no more, as such, the appeal may be abated.
