RANCHI, India, Sept. 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 25:
1. It is informed by the learned counsel on behalf of both sides that the matter was earlier referred for Special Mediation Drive-Mediation "For the Nation".
2. As per the Mediation Report, the matter has been amicably settled on condition of payment of Rs.2,50,000/- to the appellant (Malti Devi) by way of bank transfer within 30 days.
3. In view of the settlement between the parties, the instant Miscellaneous Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the said settlement subject to the condition on payment of the amount within the month of this order.
Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
