RANCHI, India, March 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:
1. Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioners and the learned counsel representing the respondents.
2. The petitioners being the Para-Teacher claims to be regularised as regular teacher. The issue is not res integra and has already been decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of "Sunil Kumar Yadav and Others vs. State of Jharkhand and Others" vide judgment dated 16.12.2022 passed in WP(S) No. 315 of 2021 and batch cases wherein involving similar prayer the writ petitions were dismissed.
3. Both the parties appearing before me admits that this case is covered by the judgment of the Division Bench passed in WP(S) No. 315 of 2021 and batch cases which has been rendered on 16.12.2022 but the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the aforesaid judgment.
4. Considering the submission of the parties and admittedly this case is covered by the aforesaid order dated 16.12.2022, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners.
5. This writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order dated 16.12.2022 passed by this Court in WP(S) No. 315 of 2021 and batch cases.
6. However, if the Hon'ble Supreme Court passes any other order or set-aside the order of the Division Bench, the same will be applicable to this petitioners also.
