RANCHI, India, April 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 19:
1. Heard the parties.
2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that wrong entry has been made in the online records of the land. The nature of the land of Mouza, Ratanpur, Thana No.120, Circle-Tundi, Khata No.03, Plot No.29, 45, 46, 48 total area measuring 5.58 acres and Khata No.4, Plot No.19, 213, 30, 31, 32, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 85, 86, 87 total area measuring 4.89 acres, Dhanbad, has been wrongly changed from Raiyati to Sikmi.
3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, it would be appropriate if a direction is given to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Tundi-respondent No.4. Thus, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation, annexing all the documents, in support of his claim before the Circle Officer, Tundi-respondent No.4, within four weeks.
4. The Circle Officer, Tundi- respondent No.4 will consider the application and will pass an appropriate order within six weeks thereafter. If he finds that the change was erroneous, he will correct the same.
5. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
