RANCHI, India, Jan. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 22:
No one turns up on behalf of the petitioner in-spite of repeated calls.
Learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 submits that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this criminal miscellaneous petition as there is no merit in this criminal miscellaneous petition.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
