RANCHI, India, Aug. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 28:
Heard the parties.
1. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the matter has been amicably settled and the outstanding amount has been paid and a joint compromise petition signed by both sides to that effect has also been filed by way of I.A. No. 3708 of 2024.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 does not deny the factual submission made on behalf of the petitioner.
3. Considering the submissions that the matter has been settled between both sides by way of joint compromise, I.A. No. 3708 of 2024 is allowed.
The judgement of conviction and sentence passed by the court below is set aside.
This criminal revision petition stands disposed of in terms of the compromise.
Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.
