RANCHI, India, April 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned P.P. has submitted that so far as the present appellant is concerned, he has expired during the pendency of this appeal in support of which he has referred to an affidavit filed in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 872/2003. The Death Certificate of the appellant has also been brought on record. In such circumstances, therefore, this appeal stands dismissed as abated.
