RANCHI, India, April 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 19:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, in view of Section 52A of the Indian Forest Act, 1927, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application to file a Revision before the Statutory Authority.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. If the petitioner files a limitation application along with the Revision, the same will be considered by the Revisional Authority sympathetically, considering the fact that this writ petition was pending before this Court.
5. Once the Revision is filed, the Revisional Authority will try to disposed of the same at the earliest.
