RANCHI, India, Oct. 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 22:
1. This criminal revision petition has been filed against the order dated 25th February, 2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chaibasa in Original Maintenance Case No.11 of 2017.
2. Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through Video Conferencing by way of referring averments made in I.A. No.12113 of 2025 and for the reasons assigned therein submits that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the Criminal Revision Filing No.10170 of 2025 with liberty to file fresh petition.
3. For the reasons assigned in the said I.A., the prayer made in the I.A. is allowed.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No.12113 of 2025 is disposed of.
5. Consequently, Criminal Revision Filing No.10170 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
