JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KAMLA DEVI AND ORS. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, March 8 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 6:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one by individual person since the claim is individual.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents have raised no objection.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of.

4. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
