RANCHI, India, March 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not getting her salary as per the recommendation of the 7th PRC. He submits that the petitioner is entitled to get the scale in terms of the recommendation of the 7th PRC.
3. Considering the nature of the prayer, it is the University who has to first decide the claim of the petitioner. Thus, I direct the petitioner to approach the Registrar, Sidho Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka by filling a representation. Once the representation is filed, the entitlement of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents and thereafter, if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for the benefit, the same should be extended to the petitioner.
4. University in that scenario will forward their recommendation to the State who will take appropriation action.
5. The petitioner should represent before Registrar, Sidho Kanhu Murmu University, Dumka within four weeks.
6. The entire process should be concluded within 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
