RANCHI, India, Oct. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 2:
I.A No.11171 of 2025
1. The present interlocutory application has been filed for substitution of deceased petitioner No.4 namely, Satish Prasad, who has died on 25.04.2025 during pendency of the present writ petition.
2. The description of proposed legal heirs of the deceased petitioner is mentioned at paragraph No.4 of the instant interlocutory application.
3. Considering the nature of dispute, the present interlocutory application is hereby, allowed and accordingly, disposed of.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to make out necessary correction in the cause title of the present writ petitions within a week.
W.P.(C) No.4896 of 2022 & W.P.C No.683 of 2023
1. Issue notice upon the respondent Nos.4 & 6 in WP.C No.683 of 2023.
2. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.4 & 6 and seeks an adjournment for filing vakaltnama.
3. As prayer for, put up both the cases after four weeks.
