JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON JAWAHAR KUMAR VERMA V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:

1. On instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

2. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

3. In view of above submission, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
