RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-
"for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the Respondent Circle Officer, Tandwa (Respondent No.3), District Chatra to consider the application dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure - 3) filed by the petitioner for land appertaining to Khata No.278, Plot No. 1701, 1660, 1665, total area 32 acres, situated at village Saradhu, P.S. Tandwa, District Chatra marking half half share i.e, 16 acres belonging to the petitioner and 16 acres to the respondents as per the compromised dated 14.12.1977 made between the parties in partition suit No. 67/1977 and take appropriate step to demarcate the land in terms of the said compromise and for grant of other consequential relief for which the petitioner is entitled in accordance with law."
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
4. In view of above submission, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
