RANCHI, India, May 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:
I.A. No.3959 of 2025
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this interlocutory application has been filed with a prayer for early hearing of the instant Anticipatory Bail Application in respect of the petitioner No.1 and prayer has also been made to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application in respect of the petitioner No.2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that IO has filed the closure report against the petitioner No.2.
Considering that IO has filed the closure report against the petitioner No.2, hence, this Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of the petitioner No.2. So far as the prayer for early hearing is concerned; since the hearing of this Anticipatory Bail Application is taken up today, hence, this interlocutory application is disposed of being infructuous.
A.B.A. No.6955 of 2024
So far as the petitioner No.1 is concerned, learned Spl.P.P. submits that Final Form has been submitted against both these petitioners but they have not been sent up for trial.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
