RANCHI, India, Jan. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 19:

1. This Civil Misc. Petition has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 1651 of 2023 to its original file, which was dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 31.01.2024, for removing the defects.

2. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he will remove the surviving defects in W.P.(C) No. 1651 of 2023 by 16.01.2026 if it is restored to its original file.

3. Learned counsel representing the opposite parties does not oppose the aforesaid submission.

4. Considering the submission of learned counsel representing the petitioner, this Civil Misc. Petition stands allowed.

5. Office is directed to allow the petitioner to remove the defects in W.P.(C) No. 1651 of 2023 by 16.01.2026. 6. W.P.(C) No. 1651 of 2023 is restored to its original file with a condition that if the defects are not removed by 16.01.2026, this order will not be given effect to.
