RANCHI, India, March 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:

1. Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to file a departmental appeal.

2. Considering his submission, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a departmental appeal which would be considered on merits.
