JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON HINDALCO INDUSTRIES V/S STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Dec. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 5:

1. The instant interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition being W.P(C) No.3491 of 2025 on the ground that the original authority, i.e, the District Mining Officer, Lohardaga has passed an order on 23.09.2025 and, as such, the petitioner intends to approach the appropriate Forum for redressal of its grievance.

2. There is no opposition on behalf of respondent-State for the said prayer.

3. Considering the reason assigned in the instant interlocutory application, the instant interlocutory application being I.A No.14647 of 2025 stands allowed.

W.P (C) No.3491 of 2025

4. Accordingly, W.P.(C) No.3491 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate Forum for redressal of its grievance.
