JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON HARGOVIND MANDAL V/S EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, June 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 12:

1. Mr Onkar Nath Tewary, the learned counsel for the petitioner, based on instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

2. Mr Tewary states that matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and, therefore, the petitioner has instructed him not to pursue this petition.

3. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

4. No costs.

5. I.A. No. 9087 of 2023 does not survive and it is disposed of.
