RANCHI, India, April 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
1. The matter has been listed under the heading for "Mediation for the Nation Drive 2.0", so as to send it for the meditation.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties on certain terms and conditions before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and Hon'ble Supreme Court exercising the power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India has disposed of this criminal revision i.e. Cr. Rev. No.1350 of 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No(s). 2430 of 2024.
3. In the light of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Civil) No(s). 2430 of 2024 dated 01st May, 2025, this criminal revision appears to be infructuous, and accordingly, this revision application is disposed of as infructuous.
