RANCHI, India, March 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"i. For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) upon the Respondent No. 5 showing them cause and to spell out as to why created/ open Jamabandi to the different persons of the petitioner land and made Settlement VI of the petitioner ancestral land to the another Raiyat, even thus the grand father of the petitioner is the Khatiyani Raiyat of the entire land.
ii. For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) upon the Respondent No. 5 that land situated at Mouza Pundi, Thana Mandu, Than No. 116, Khata No. 92 Total Rakwa in different plots 562.38 Acres, which is the ancestral property of the petitioner and respondent No. 5 settled that said land."
3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
4. Permission is accorded.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
