RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
1. The last order dated 14.11.2025 reads as under :-
"None appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the State is present. 2. Put up this case after three weeks."
2. The present writ petition has been filed on 12.07.2024 which is still under defects. Although I.A. No.4526 of 2025 has been filed for ignoring the defects.
3. Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby, dismissed for want of prosecution.
5. I.A. No.4526 of 2025 stands disposed of.
