1. The matter relates to Argora P.S. Case No.393/2025, pending in the Court of the learned JM XIII, Ranchi.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file Criminal Appeal (DB).

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
