RANCHI, India, Feb. 11 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 12:
1. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition has become infructuous and he has instruction from the client not to pursue the present writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection.
3. Accordingly the present writ petition is, hereby, dismissed as infructuous.
4. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
