JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ENGINEERS V/S EMPLOYEE'S STATE INSURANCE

RANCHI, India, March 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 30:

1. On the instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
