RANCHI, India, Nov. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:

Heard parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the Final Form has been submitted in the connected case, hence, the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Cr.M.P. with liberty to file a fresh Cr.M.P., if fresh cause of action arises.

Permission is accorded.

This Cr.M.P. stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioners.
