JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON DINESHWAR TIWARI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Aug. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 14:

1. After some arguments, learned senior counsel seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision with liberty to raise all the points during evidence.

2. No objection has been raised by learned APP as well as the learned counsel appearing for opposite party No.2.

3. Accordingly, the present criminal revision application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the points during evidence.
