RANCHI, India, Dec. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 1:
1. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.
2. Learned counsel for the other side has raised no objection.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
5. I.A. No.1628 of 2018 also stands disposed of.
