RANCHI, India, April 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 11:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:-

"For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding upon the respondents specially to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 i.e. the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, and the Circle Officer, Mandar, respectively to affect the delivery of possession in favour of the petitioner with respect to the land under Khata No. 90 Plot No. 1670 measuring area 08 decimals situated in village Mandar, P.S. Mandar, Thana No. 90, District- Ranchi, passed in a proceeding under section 71A of the C.N.T. Act in S.A.R. case no. 03/2019-20 (Annexure-1) by the learned court of the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Ranchi, to restore the land in favour of the petitioner by affecting Delivery of Possession, in the light of the letter no. 4802(ii) dated 29.12.2023."

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the order in question is capable of execution.

4. In such circumstances, if the said order is executable, the petitioner shall be at liberty to have the same executed in accordance with law before the appropriate forum/authority.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
