RANCHI, India, June 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 7:
1. Mr. Bibhash Sinha, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has submitted that he has got instruction in terms of the argument made by him on 30.04.2026 that the appellant does not want to pursue the present appeal. In this regard he has received written instruction from the appellant through Speed Post which has been placed before this Court.
2. This Court has perused the written instruction sent through Speed Post in which the appellant has prayed for withdrawal of the present appeal.
3. Let the same be kept on record along with envelope.
4. There is no opposition by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
5. In view of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of as such.
6. Pending I.As, if any, stands disposed of.
