RANCHI, India, Sept. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 12:

1. As per the office report, it appears that the notice has been validly served upon petitioner Nos.1 & 3 and also to the uncle of the petitioner No.2.

2. In spite of valid service of notice, nobody has shown interest in pursuing the present writ petition.

3. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-

"for issuance of an appropriate writ (s) /order (s)/ direction (s)/ or a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondent nos.-2 & 3 to issue the final result of the petitioners (Roll No.- 18BS5250720, 18BS5250772 and 18BS5250725 by adding practical marks of the Semester-2 of Geology subsidiary subject of B.Sc. (Chemistry Honours) Session-2018-21 of Gossner College, Ranchi in which the petitioners have already appeared and participated for the same and the petitioners have passed all the other semesters (exams) one to six."

4. In view of the above fact, the present writ petition is, hereby disposed of reserving liberty with the petitioners to file fresh writ petition, if they so desire or file an appropriate application for revival of the writ petition itself within six months.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands also disposed of.
