RANCHI, India, June 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 12:

1. Learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned A.P.P is present.

2. An affidavit submitted at Bar by Mrs. Vandana Bharti, learned A.P.P. is accepted. Let the same be kept on record.

3. Learned A.P.P. has submitted that he has filed an affidavit with intimation that the sole appellant has died, as evidenced by the death certificate issued by village Mukhiya.

4. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has died and no substitution application has been filed by legal heir(s) of the sole appellant (since deceased). Therefore, this appeal stands abated and disposed of.
