2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. The petitioner is the relative of a girl who died in a road accident being dashed by a tractor. It has been alleged that he along with others had obstructed the flow on Manjhiaon-Kandi, Main Road by causing inconvenience to the public at large. Hence, he may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.

3. Learned A.P.P opposes the petitioner's prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
