JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON CHETAN KISHORE BARA AND ANR. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Oct. 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 16:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

2. Learned counsel for the other sides have no objection.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

4. As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to utilize the certified copy of the order dated 06.01.2024 (Annexure - 10).

5. Pending interlocutory applications being I.A. Nos.3773 of 2024 & 5006 of 2025 stand disposed of.
