RANCHI, India, April 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 17:
1. Mr. Gopal K. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction of his client seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to avail the statutory remedy of appeal available to the petitioner.
2. Prayer is allowed.
3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. If an application for condoning the delay is filed, the Appellate Authority will consider the same sympathetically in view of the fact that this writ petition was pending before this Court.
