RANCHI, India, Nov. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:

1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of Petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.5649 of 2023, registered under sections 420, 120B, 34 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Ranchi.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioners of collecting the money on allurement to double the money in six years. He then submits that the petitioners are also the victim as they also have deposited their own money in the said company. He then submits that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5517 of 2025 and ABA No.5582 of 2025.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are allegations against the petitioners of collecting money and depositing in the company.

5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioners are also victim and they have also deposited the money in the said finance company. In view of that, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks and the learned court shall release the petitioners on such terms and conditions and sureties, the learned court may deem fit and proper.
