RANCHI, India, Oct. 17 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 16:
1. Mr. Indrajit Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, on instruction, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this civil review with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance involved in the writ petition before appropriate forum.
2. There is no opposition on behalf of learned counsel for the State and Union of India.
3. Accordingly, this review petition is dismissed as withdrawn and, as such, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance involved in the writ petition before appropriate forum.
4. Pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
