Heard the parties.

The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14A of Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
