I.A. No. 14740 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Criminal Appeal (D.B.) No. 1396 of 2025

This appeal is directed against the order dated 19.08.2025, passed in B.P. No. 108 of 2025, arising out of A.H.T.U. P.S. Case No. 2/2024, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been alleged that the appellant was instrumental in trafficking the daughter of the informant who was taken to New Delhi and was sold.

Admittedly, the victim is traceless.

Though It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since long but on account of the victim having not yet been found, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 19.08.2025, passed in B.P. No. 108 of 2025, arising out of A.H.T.U. P.S. Case No. 2/2024, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega and consequently, we dismiss this appeal at this stage.
