JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BHUMI ADHIGRAHAN VISTHAPAN AVAM PUNARVAS KISAN SAMITI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Aug. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 14:

1) Counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Public Interest Litigation with liberty to assail the action of the State Government in granting mining concession only to the Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation Limited, by way of a separate petition.

2) Granting liberty as sought, this Public Interest Litigation is closed.
