RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
1. From Annexure-A to the show cause, it appears that they have passed a reasoned order taking into consideration of Annexure-4 of the writ application.
2. Having regard to the Annexure-A, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same, if so advised.
