RANCHI, India, Feb. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 13:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners named above have been made accused in connection with Dhab P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025 (G.R. No. 496 of 2025) for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class-XIII, Koderma.
As per the allegation, one country made pistol and a rifle were seized from the place of occurrence.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing has been seized from these petitioners and there is no criminal antecedent against these petitioners.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
