JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON BABUJAN HEMBRAM V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, May 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 23:

1. A report has been submitted by the concerned learned Trial Court. From perusal of which, it appears that the sole appellant Babujan Hembram has died in the year 2020. In this regard certificate has been issued by the Mukhiya as well as Gram Panchayat Member (Ward No.1) confirming the death of the sole appellant.

2. In view of above circumstance, this appeal stands abated.
