RANCHI, India, Dec. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 5:
1. Heard the parties.
2. By filing this writ petition, the petitioner prays that the departmental proceeding, which has been initiated against him, be disposed of at the earliest.
3. Considering the nature of prayer, I am not inclined to keep this writ petition pending nor I am inclined to call for counter affidavit.
4. In that view, I direct the respondents to dispose of the Departmental Proceeding initiated against the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after following the principle of natural justice. The petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the Departmental Proceeding. If the petitioner does not cooperate, the respondent will proceed, ex parte.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition stands disposed of.
