RANCHI, India, Sept. 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 7:

Heard Mr. S.P. Roy, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Spl. P.P.

This appeal is directed against the order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Godda in B.P. No. 275/2025 in connection with Godda AHTU P.S. Case No. 01/2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been alleged that three girls aged about 15 years were recovered inside the vehicle in which two of the accused persons were present. The victims were being taken to Andhra Pradesh for the purposes of human trafficking.
