JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ATANU KUMAR MISHRA V/S SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, May 29 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 29:

1. The learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition to avail the alternative remedy including approaching the mechanism body which has been constituted for refunding the deposits which the depositors have made in the Sahara India.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
