RANCHI, India, Sept. 16 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 18:
1. The writ petition being W.P.(C) No.3204 of 2021 has been filed for the following relief :-
"for issuance of order/ orders, direction/ directions & writ/ writs in nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 18.07.2020 (Annexure -8), passed by the Circle Officer, Nagri in Misc Case No.155/19-20 by which the Respondent No.4 sent the matter to the Deputy Commissioner, Land Reforms, Ranchi (Respondent No.3) with recommendation for cancellation of Jamabandi of Land covered under Khat No.189 Khesara No.479, 1971, 463 and 1139 area 2.01 Acres, 2.33 Acres, 197 Acres and 3.57 Acres respectively."
2. The writ petition being W.P.(C) No.6143 of 2023 has been filed for the following relief :-
"for issuance of order/ orders, direction/ directions & writ/ writs in nature of mandamus for issuance of direction to the respondent No.4 to issue rent receipts in respect of plot No.479, 1971, 463 and 1139 of khata No.189, thana No.137 situated at Mouza Saparom, District Ranchi as in Register - II the said lands are recorded in the name of Mahesh Lal Vishwakarma father of the petitioner."
3. On instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petitions with a liberty to work out his further remedy in accordance with law.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection.
5. Accordingly, the both writ petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
