RANCHI, India, Oct. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 26:
1. The matter relates to Ahilyapur P.S. Case No.38/2023, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Giridih.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned Court.
3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection.
4. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
