1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.
2. Admittedly, the petitioner appeared for examination pursuant to Advertisement No. 13 of 2023. This advertisement was published to fill up the post for Sahayak Acharya.
3. The result has already been published. Admittedly, the petitioner has obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate in her category and subject. Since the petitioner has obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate in the category and the subject, petitioner has got no right to be appointed.

Be it noted, since the process of appointment is still continuing and if it is found at later stage that any person obtaining lesser marks than the last selected candidates in same category and subject of the petitioner, is appointed, the petitioner will bring the said facts to the notice of J.S.S.C. who will reconsider the case of the petitioner.
5. Thus, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of.
