JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON ARJUN MANDAL AND OTHERS V/S SARLU MANDAL AND OTHERS

RANCHI, India, July 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on June 26:

1. This Second Appeal shall be heard on the following substantial question of law: " (1) Whether the learned first appellate court has misconstrued Exhibit No.1 i.e. the Khatiyan of Jamabandi No.1 and the Exhibit-G that is the registered partition deed dated 09.02.1979 and in view of that the finding of the learned first appellate court is not sustainable in the eye of law, or not?"

2. Issue notice upon the respondent nos. 1 to 30 by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc must be filed within 2 weeks.

3. Call for the Trial Court Records.
